We are a privately owned real estate investor and operator. We specialise in complex, multi-tenant assets – offices, shopping centres, hotels, mixed-use schemes. Our partners trust us because we deliver. With strong capital backing and deep access to the Irish market, we are building great portfolios for our clients.
We’ve been active in Ireland’s retail real estate market for decades, managing assets that range from high street stores to some of the country’s largest shopping centres.
Our focus is on unlocking value – whether that’s through leasing, hands-on asset management, or strategic advice that helps investors and businesses make the right calls.
With 25 shopping centres and multiple high street locations under our care, we understand the pressures and possibilities of a fast-changing retail market. Our job is to help clients navigate it with clarity and confidence.
We know the office market inside and out — from identifying buildings with untapped potential to managing high-performing assets for the long term.
Our work spans value-add, redevelopment and refurbishment projects, as well as steady, day-to-day investment management. Whatever the brief, we focus on making the right calls to protect and grow value.
In a shifting office landscape, we give clients a clear view of their options and the confidence to act.
The TMR Hotel Collection is a portfolio of 4 and 5-star hotels across Ireland, owned by investor Thomas Röggla and established by Lanthorn.
Our role began with identifying underperforming, underinvested assets that could be acquired below build cost. We then oversaw significant investment to bring each property up to luxury standard.
Operations are managed by specialist partner Windward Management. Together, we focus on disciplined investment, smart positioning, and hands-on oversight to improve efficiency and maximise returns.
We’ve been injecting new life into houses and small apartment blocks across Ireland since 2019. Lanthorn takes great care and applies a human touch to refurbish these properties before leasing to local authorities and Approved Housing Bodies (AHB).
This strategy combines steady, state-backed income with regular, inflation-linked rent reviews to provide a foundation for long-term stability.
Our social housing funds have already created homes for over 400 households, with Lanthorn working hand-in-hand with local authorities and AHBs to solve the problem of homelessness in communities nationwide.
We plan to grow our social housing investment substantially, expanding our work across various programmes to help more families find the security of the home they deserve.
