Maple began acquiring assets in 2021. Its strategy is to acquire individual apartments and houses across the country along with small blocks of apartments and lease them to respective local authorties to assist with the demand for social housing. The fund’s units are located across 15 counties in Ireland, with a principal focus on Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Waterford.
