David founded Davy Real Estate in 2000 developing it into one of the largest commercial property investors and managers in Ireland with €1.7bn under management.
In 2024 David established Lanthorn through the buy out of Davy Real Estate from Davy and Bank of Ireland.
David is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Prior to Davy, David worked at Goldman Sachs in London and EY in Dublin.
