Having spent over 19 years as part of the Davy Real Estate team, Robin was a member of the senior management group that managed the buy-out of the team to establish Lanthorn.
With more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate investment and finance, he has acquired assets across the office, retail, industrial, and residential sectors. These acquisitions have included direct property, but also loans and corporate interests using traditional bank and mezzanine finance.
Robin has managed refurbishment and development projects for a number of high-profile clients. While Davy Real Estate and Lanthorn have focused on assets in Ireland, he has also invested in and managed projects in the US, UK, France, and Germany.
Graduating from University College Cork with BCL and LLB degrees, Robin qualified as a chartered accountant during his time at KPMG. He also worked at Quinlan Private and Anglo Irish Bank before joining Davy Real Estate in March 2005.
Robin has served as a non-executive director on a number of Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles (ICAV) and companies for real estate and other investors external to Davy and Lanthorn.
