With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Eimear was a member of the senior management group that managed the buy-out of the Davy Real Estate team to establish Lanthorn.
She is responsible for the sourcing, appraisal, and asset management of a diverse portfolio of Irish commercial real estate on behalf of several Lanthorn managed funds.
With a particular focus on leisure and retail assets, Eimear possesses a deep understanding of market trends, investment opportunities, and asset management strategies. As a result, she leads the acquisition and management of Irish hotels for the Lanthorn-established TMR Hotel Collection, one of Ireland’s largest hotel groups with 16 hotels, 1,900 keys and more than 2,000 employees.
Eimear is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having qualified as a chartered accountant and tax associate with KPMG in 2005. She also holds a Diploma in Company Direction from Institute of Directors Ireland.
