We agreed to purchase the portfolio on behalf of Maple Long Income Fund once the refurbishment was completed enabling the developers to fund the project. The residential units have been leased on 25-year social housing leases to DCC, providing DCC with high-quality accommodation to help tackle the ongoing housing crisis.
Refurbishment was completed in the middle of 2022. We completed on the acquisition in October 2022 with the leases being granted to DCC shortly thereafter.
